How long will
it take to get my
Corticel™
order?
All orders are shipped within 48 hours by Priority
Mail. A tracking number will be sent to you via
e-mail. Please allow 2-3 business days for your
order to arrive. International orders are shipped
Global Priority Mail and may take 1-2 weeks.
Is
Corticel™
guaranteed?
Yes! Corticel™ comes with an unconditional, unheard
of 60 day guarantee! Use your Corticel™ program as
directed for a full 60 days. If you are not
absolutely satisfied, simply return your Corticel™
order with the refund request form within 60 days
from the date of your order for a full refund of the
purchase price. For details, see the Return Policy
below.
What is your
return policy?
Corticel™ comes with an unconditional, unheard of 60
day guarantee! Use your Corticel™ program as
directed for a full 60 days. If you are not
absolutely satisfied, simply return your Corticel™
order (bottles may be empty of full) with the refund
request form within 90 days from the date of your
order for a full refund of the purchase price. If
you would like to return Corticel™ and have not used
the program for a full 60 days, you may also return
your bottles, empty or full, with the refund request
form for a product refund less a 20% restocking fee.
Returns for orders placed during our free shipping
promotion will be credited less our regular shipping
and handling fee of $9.99. Reordering constitutes
satisfaction. All reorders are final.
