Our goal is to exceed your expectations for quality products and service. If within 30 days of receipt you feel that we have fallen short of this goal, we will issue you a credit, refund, or exchange.

All order returns must be received by our location no later than 30 days (unless otherwise stated) from the time they are delivered at your location. The delivery time will be verified by shipper tracking numbers. Please contact us prior to shipping a return back to us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). The RAN must be written boldly on the exterior of the return package. We will not accept or process returns that do not have a proper RAN issued by us. We are not responsible for refunding the shipping costs to or from your location.

1. How long does it take to receive credit for products I returned?
Generally it takes 2–4 weeks before you see a credit on your credit card or receive a refund check. Refunds are provided by the same means as the payment on your original purchase.

Shipping Time

Most smaller orders are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment (on business days), and will arrive at most US locations in a 2-3 business day timeframe from the day order is shipped. Most larger orders are typically shipped via UPS Ground within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment (on business days), and are typically delivered in 1-5 business days after shipment depending on location.

International orders take more time to process because of paperwork and logistics, but are shipped out in the most expedient manner possible. Address, phone number and other contact verification may become necessary.
