Is Lagom The New Hygge?

The Last Great Swedish Export.

Those whacky Scandinavians are at it again.

First is was Hygee.

As I wrote about before, this is the Danish word that translates loosely to “coziness.”

And it is supposed to be associated with relaxation, indulgence, and gratitude.

But the latest innovation from the place that brought us ABBA is Lagom.

Roughly, “lagom” translates to “just the right amount.”

It relates to being frugal, fair and creating balance.

Think of Goldilocks and the Baby Bear’s porridge.

Not too hot.

Not too cold.

Just right.

Read more about it here.

I think this is something that we can all learn from those crazy, crazy Swedes.

For instance, with supplements, some people can go overboard.

Taking dozens of pills every single day.

A pill for Vitamin D.

Another for Vitamin C.

Another for Magnesium.

And all of the sudden, their taking 20-30 pills every single way.

Isn’t there a better way?

To create balance?

To be fair?

And frugal?

Luckily, there is.

And it is called LiquiVive® Liquid Vitamins.

LiquiVive® Liquid Vitamins contains over 100 total nutrients, in one easy to swallow form.

That means that you can take one fluid ounce of LiquiVive® Liquid Vitamins

Instead of having to swallow a quarter of a bottle of multi-vitamin horse pills.

And, unlike most supplements which are synthetic, LiquiVive® Liquid Vitamins comes from an all-natural 100% vegetarian whole food plant source.

It tastes fantastic, and because of its liquid form, is much easier to take than pills.

With ZERO risk.

If you don’t like it, just return the unused amount before 30 days.

Thanks again!!
