I saw the movie “Logan,” and it was AWESOME.
Yeah, it was my turn to pick the movie this week. It’s my wife’s next week, so I’ll probably be writing to you about Beauty and the Beast.
Anyway, the movie is about this comic book character, Wolverine (Logan is his real name).
And he is one of the meanest, baddest, toughest super heroes ever.
He is super fast, and super strong, of course.
But his real special powers are that he has a metal skeleton.
And he heals really quickly.
So, he is basically invincible.
He’s been punched, stabbed, shot, drop from planes, you name it.
And he always survives.
In one movie, he survives a nuclear bomb blast.
So, yeah. He’s tough.
Basically invincible.
Or ALMOST invincible.
Because the twist in the new movie is that Wolverine is sick.
And he’s dying.
But how is that possible?
What could kill Wolverine?
He literally survives nuclear bombs.
You’re never going to guess it.

Evil corporations are dumping dangerous chemicals into their products and the environment. And those are making him sick.
And killing him.
But that is just fiction.
That could never happen in real life.
Right?
Not so fast, Kemosabe.
The fact is, big corporations have been dumping toxins into their products, and into our environment, for YEARS.
For example, the FDA has found arsenic in apple juice, mercury in fish, and lead in women’s and children’s vitamins.
And people are getting sick from them.
I’m one.
So, these dangerous chemicals can even kill the Wolverine.
So, what can WE, mere mortals, do about it?
First, and most important, GET RID OF THE TOXIC CLEANERS IN YOUR HOME.
There are eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaners and products that replace disposable sponges and towels.
That’s for a start.
Some other day, I’ll talk about some other things that you can do, to help overcome the dangers that bog corporations throw at us.
It just takes you making the right decision, and doing what is best for your health, and the health of your family.
