Thin Bones?

Thin Bones?

Talk About Strong Bones.

A major problem for people as they get older is thinning bones.

As we age, our bones become less dense as we lose calcium.

This makes us more susceptible to broken bones if we have accidents.

When it gets really bad, it is called osteoporosis.

It is especially dangerous for women over 60.

But it can affect all of us as we age.

The simplest thing we can do is take more calcium.

If our bones are losing calcium, taking in more with make up for it.

Right?

Well, it isn’t that simple.

Sometimes, calcium isn’t absorbed well into the body.

So, it is good to eat foods high in calcium, that can also be absorbed well by your body.

These include kale, broccoli, sardines, yogurt or kefir, cheese and bok choy.

I love saying that last one.

Bok choy.

Anyway, according to the National Institute of Health, the other great way to help your bone density is by doing weight-bearing exercises.

Weight bearing exercises are things like weight training, walking, hiking, jogging, climbing stairs, and tennis.

Non-weight bearing exercises are things like bicycling and swimming.

Weight training is probably the best.

Along with strengthening your bones, you can strengthen your muscles and heart.

But walking or hiking carrying a backpack can be good too, if you aren’t athletic.

But along with exercise, you need your baseline of vitamins everyday.

But you also need to get your baseline of vitamins and minerals every day.

And LiquiVive® Liquid Vitamins provides that.

LiquiVive® Liquid Vitamins contains over 100 total nutrients, in one easy to swallow form.

That means that you can take one fluid ounce of LiquiVive® Liquid Vitamins.

Instead of having to swallow a quarter of a bottle of multi-vitamin horse pills.

And, unlike most supplements which are synthetic, LiquiVive® Liquid Vitamins comes from an all-natural 100% vegetarian whole food plant source.

It tastes fantastic, and because of its liquid form, is much easier to take than pills.

Make no bones about it. 😉

Thanks again!!
